The manual walks you through troubleshooting what to do when the unit doesn’t start, but not if the unit starts but doesn’t get warm. 1) How does this unit work? - Like an engine, this unit needs air, spark and fuel. 2) Do we have enough gas? Do you have enough supply? What is you gas load at the unit vantage 2 requires 4.5 WC at the unit Does your gas valve work? it regulates gas, drop it to ~3.5-4WC 3) Is your blower running efficiently? these are low amperage, 1/30th Hp 4) Is your unit clean? Is your burner clean? Have you checked for spiderwebs? 5) Are you choking the unit? Do you have the right vent on the end? Are the pipes clean?
