Scoia'tael Handbuff Gwent decks have been ignored but that may have been a mistake. Saskia is able to close out a round by herself while getting good engines out of the deck. Simlas with Bountiful Harvest is still a ton of points despite the nerf to Harvest. You're devotion so Torque will be in your opening handing, giving Harvest even more value. If you get red coin, using both of these cards in round 1 is brutal. It's just an endless stream of value and points. The big difference in this deck is Skaggs without another other point doubler. The plan is to use Torque and Skaggs as the only point doubling cards in our deck. If you run too much handbuff related cards, they all hurt each other. By running few, we can run out the non-handbuff cards quickly so that Dunca and Smugglers only buff the good stuff. Skaggs, being 6 points for 8 provision, is better than Aglais.
