Jim, Oz, Finch, Stiffler, Michelle, Nadia, and the rest of the gang reunite for some good old American laughs. Hello there to everyone in cyberspace and welcome back to my favorite website ReelScreenReviews.com I am movie critic Nick Iacobucci and our next review is "American Reunion". This long awaited 4th installment of the very successful theatrical franchise opened around America on Friday April 6th, 2012, and it stars Jason Biggs, Alyson Hannigan, Sean William Scott, Chris Klien, and Eugene Levy. "American Reunion" comes to us from the directing team of Jon Hurwitz & Hayden Schlossberg, the previous directors of "Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay". This time out they get the gang back together to see if they can one again bring the laughs, and will the laughs contain pastries? Well it really isn't that complex of a story. This tale sees all of the regulars from the class of 1999 that were so intent on having sex for the first time; well time has passed and caught up with a bunch of them. We now have the entire crew returning for the 10 year reunion, and to see who has changed and who has stayed the same. Some have married and some have stayed single, and some are still hung up on the parents of some of their own friends. Now this weekend getaway at East Great Falls High will definitely have some reminiscing of some crazy behavior long since passed....wait a minute this is Stiffler and the boys. That crazy behavior is not only still present, it is stronger than ever.
