My experience of purchasing ring lights from Amazon and what I did to fix the mistake of the wrong phone attachment being sent. So, a lot of you asked me to update about the ring light I got. It was a nightmare. It came with a phone holder that didn't attach to the ring, so even though the description said it did top down filming, it doesn't. So I went on amazon, found a clip that would attach the phone where its supposed to go, contacted customer services and explained that I was having to pay out more to just make fhe item do what it was supposed to do. They put a credit on the account to cover the clip if I bought it direct from amazon. Its only sold by 3rd party sellers 🤦‍♀️ so I asked Andrew about swapping the light for one off a desktop ring light I'd seen and after a good look he explained it would work. But this wasn't sold by amazon either. So I paid out of pocket to order this one, and then used the credit to order some stabilo swing highlighters since mine have run out. Any... there is a review here, plus a video showing what I did. The new ring light I added is bigger and has a central phone holder which is perfect. if you're looking for one, dot get this one, spend a bit more to be sure it comes with all the correct attachments xx
