Super soft and chewy birthday cake cookies ♡ Cookies 1 cup (227g) melted butter (salted or unsalted) 1 and 1/2 cups (300g) sugar 1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar (I used light brown sugar) 2 eggs 1 tbsp vanilla extract 3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour 2 tsp cornstarch 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 cup white chocolate chips 1/2 cup sprinkles ♡ Chill dough for at least 30 minutes before baking ♡ Bake at 350F (177C) for 12-16 minutes Recipe from Host the Toast ♡ https://hostthetoast.com/the-best-sof... 📝 Notes ♡ I used a 3 tbsp cookie scoop ♡ This recipe makes around 16 cookies depending on the size of your cookie scoop ♡ The cookies will look undercooked when you take them out of the oven- but you want to take them out before the edges start to brown!
