I would check with your local speech pathologist and see if they have tools they can loan you & if you are in Canada, the US link does have some products, that even with the dollar conversion, would be cheaper. Additionally, Mimic toys can be very enticing for children with speech delay to talk or make noise & hear a fun voice talk back to them.
