This video explains how induction can be derived from the Lorentz force. Sometimes this is also titled the electromagnetic force or, if referring to induction, the electromotive force. With this video I want to point out that Faraday's law of induction and the carrier seperation derived from the electromagnetic force (Lorentz force) are part of the same unified theory of electromagnetics and can be converted into each other. This video is part of a course offered at Kiel University for advanced engineering bachelor students. Additional videos and exercise material are available in the course "Renewable Energy" on the Digital Learning Campus platform dlc.sh : https://dlc.sh/lernangebot/728 DLC registration is free of charge not only for students already registered at Kiel University, but also for prospective students who want to get to know Kiel University and consider transferring to Kiel University. PS: That I am pointing out invisible equations at the end of the video if of course completely on purpose and for didactic reasons. It is for grabbing your attention and giving you the opportunity to check if you remember the equations ;) .
