Create a table of contents of all SOPs, including who authored the document, who reviewed the plan, the date of the last review, and a direct link to the plan. 3️⃣ You don’t know what you know... until you know. This is why internal audits are a critical piece in keeping your sanity and truly knowing what is happening within the business.
