GW2 | [Berserker] The SwordMaster 2.0 - WvW Build + Gameplay

This warrior/berserker build is pretty awesome! You get crazy mobility and good defense with stances, while doing a LOT of damage with 25 might stacks 100 blades and final thrusts! This video features a lot of outnumbered fights and duels. It's very fun to play and I can really recommend it :D Build shown a the end of the video. Keep in mind I am not the best warrior... So you'll see me frantically pop stances and stuff :p This is just a follow up video because the original SwordMaster video is so popular ^_^ BUILD used in the video: 1) The Balanced SwordMaster [Warrior] - http://gw2skills.net/editor/?vJEQNAse... 2) The Offensive SwordMaster [Berserker] - http://gw2skills.net/editor/?vJEQNAse... 3) The Defensive SwordMaster [Berserker] - http://gw2skills.net/editor/?vJEQNAse... I used three builds in this video, each with their pros and cons. I really wanted to use the new berserker spec with my favorite GS/sword+shield weapon set but it doesn't really work out perfectly. You NEED Berserker and Discipline, so that means you either lose Strength or Defense. Without Defense you become quite squishy and need to play very carefully. Without Strength however, you lose out on 3 damage modifiers which will lower your damage output by a lot. The only thing the new berserker spec excels in is burst damage. With the quickness and taunt you can down people very quickly, but it's just not as good in longer/outnumbered fights. This is why I eventually went back to my main SwordMaster build, using Discipline/Strength/Defense and no Berserker. It's better overall, but Berserker does make things more interesting and fun! EXTRA NOTES ON THE BUILDS: 1) Add in as much defensive gear as you want, but remember, your mobility and stances are what should be keeping you alive. 2) You can switch out endure pain for bulls charge or signet of stamina if you know you are going up against a condi build. 3) Both head butt and the signet elite are good choices. FIGHTS: 0:52 - 1v2 vs Guardian and Elementalist (That quickness tho O_O) 1:35 - 1v3 + Zerg (Daredevil, Mesmer, Thief) 2:48 - 1v1 vs Dragonhunter (This dude had been annoying me for ages, so intakilled him in 3 seconds) 3:05 - 1v2 vs power Engineer and (asura) condi Mesmer 4:08 - 1v1 vs condition Revenant (With my wombo combo!) 4:37 - 1v5 vs Berserker, Elementalist, Necromancer, Guardian and Ranger (Knocked one off the map in the beginning with my fall damage trait and then went ham with 25 might) Ps. Yes, I realize some of these enemies might have been upleveled. 5:09 - 1v1 vs Daredevil (Clutch immobilize) 5:46 - 1v2 vs Reaper and Necro (Lich form... kek) 6:20 - 2v3 vs Berserker Gunflame, Guardian and Tempest (The ranger I was helping was Dudu, the leader of AoD) 5:52 - 1v1 vs a good sword/GS Berserker (I dueled this dude a lot and lost most of them, but just added this clip because of the 11k Final Thrust :) 7:26 - 1v1 vs Necro 7:42 - 2v2 vs Daredevil and Ranger 8:13 - 1v1 vs Druid (This dude had been pew pewing for too long) 8:20 - Quick warrior kill using fall damage trait 8:32 - 1v1 vs Reaper and catapult 8:48 - Quick Thief kill using fall damage trait again :p 9:05 - 2 1v1's vs Necro with mercenaries and staff Daredevil 10:20 - 1v1 vs rage quitting Thief x) 10:46 - 1v2v2 vs Ranger, Guardian and 2 Warriors Be sure to like and subscribe if you enjoyed this video!
