😮😮 Vegan Mock Duck 😮😮 ••• We got this in our latest vegan haul and I couldn't wait to try it! I really didn't have a clue what to even expect?! ••• I've had the Linda McCartney duck and loved it so thought it would be similar? ••• I was wrong! This is made by @marigoldengevita (not to be confused with the washing up gloves marigold brand lol). Who make Engevita nutritional yeast, so I knew it was going to be a quality product. ••• Once you open the tin you see how juicy and meaty these bits of duck are, they even have the bobbles..like skin 😬😬 WEIRD but strangely it works as it's a good texture for the sauce. I tried these just straight out the can and they were 'omg delicious'. The sauce is sweet and taste just like a Chinese takeaway dish! ••• I think these added to a stir-fry would be out of this vegan world, so watch this space.
