Step 1. Analysis of the existing elements of project planning

It begins with the formation of work teams, usually by component, according to the PM4R Agile roles described in chapter 3. Once the teams are formed, they perform the analysis of the existing project planning elements, such as the project plan (PEP, AOP in the case of the IDB), the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), the schedule, the S curve, etc. If the WBS is not available, the team, with the help of the PM4R Agile experts, will have to develop it, since it is the base for selection of the priority works that will be included in the PM4R Agile plan.
