Today I'm playing a piano cover of ABBA's "People Need Love" on my Roland RD2000 piano. This song was originally released in 1972 by "Björn, Benny, Agnetha & Anni-Frid" in the days before ABBA. It went on to feature on the Ring Ring album, and subsequently on their Greatest Hits album. If you're new to my channel, I post regular videos of my interpretations of well-known songs and pieces of music, performed by me with original interpretations on the piano. I've been playing the piano since I was 4 years old and it's one of my greatest passions. On my channel I play regular piano covers of well known and less well known songs and pieces of music. I love playing film themes, jazz standards from the 30s and 40s, and, most of all, the music of Benny Andersson, whether it be ABBA songs or his later work from Chess, Kristina från Duvemåla, or his Benny Andersson Orkester music. Here's my ABBA piano covers playlist: • ABBA Piano Covers I normally play my own arrangements, but since I improvise the arrangements each time, I rarely play the same version twice. Unfortunately this means I don't have sheet music for any of my piano covers which I can share. I'm recording everything on a Roland RD2000 stage piano, and when I remember I'll post the settings for the piano with my covers. If you'd like to keep up with my regular piano covers, please like and subscribe. Let me know if you have any requests!
