I worked with a customer who needed a fence line of brush, large trees, and an old wire farm fence removed. The first step was removing the wire farm fence before running the brush cutter. Even though the fencing was removed, it still occasionally got wrapped in the cutter — but this brush cutter is extremely resilient and can power through just about anything. This is the closed-face rotary cutter model, which I prefer because I can use it to push trees aside without shutting down the motor, making the job more efficient. Once the fence was removed, I cut down larger diameter trees to save for the customer, who plans to use them for firewood later. Many of the 4–6" diameter trees can be mulched directly, but cutting larger trees first with a chainsaw speeds up the process. After removing the trees, the brush cutter quickly mulched the limbs and smaller trees, turning them into clean mulch — a true time saver for any property cleanup. Typically, I also clean up debris and scrape the ground level. In this case, the customer declined that service and opted to use his own tractor to save money.
