Total Sculpt EMS Suit Workout Program | Bodyweight Circuit | No Equipment 20 MIN WORKOUT PROGRAM Bodyweight Circuit (No Equipment) This circuit combines classic bodyweight exercises with EMS stimulation for a full-body burn. Workout Duration: 15-20 minutes Format: Perform each exercise for 40 seconds, rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the circuit 3 times. Jump Squats: Explosive squat jumps to engage quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Push-ups: Standard or modified push-ups to target chest, shoulders, and triceps. Plank with Shoulder Taps: Hold a plank while alternating shoulder taps to engage core and shoulders. Reverse Lunges: Alternate lunges, stepping backward to engage glutes and quads. Mountain Climbers: Fast-paced knee drives to engage your core and legs. Burpees: Full-body cardio move to elevate heart rate and activate multiple muscles. Cool Down (3 minutes) Stretch hamstrings, quads, shoulders, and back for 20-30 seconds each. Remember - Stay Consistent! Try to workout 2 x Per week with at least 1 day rest between workouts.
