It’s international women’s day, and no better day to celebrate the success of my friends by sharing a sweet treat. These cookies, which you can find the recipe for on my blog, are soft, chewy, a tad salty, and a nice little pick me up. I’ve currently got some of the dough stashed away in my freezer, but a baked good is best shared. I’m all for celebrating the big moments and the little moments, because what’s the alternative? I want to celebrate my friends all the time - they’re incredible.
