We continue our motorhome visit to the Isle of Wight, as our Van buddies Suzie and Pete take us out in their VW campervan to show us around Alum Bay. We enjoyed views of The Needles Lighthouse and the sand cliffs. After a brief swing up the Needles chairlift, we moved on. Debbie then enjoyed a hot sausage from The #cadac Grillo Chef, with absolutely no garnish at all..!!! That’s Vanlife at its wildest for us!! Next day we rode from Cowes to Newport along the Medina Greenway cycle track. We passed some interesting abandoned engineering. The wrecked paddle steamer “PS Ryde”. Once an Isle of Wight ferry, also a minesweeper and later, even a nightclub. We had lunch at The Bargemans Rest on the quayside. Timmy fell off his bike. We discovered The #spice Girls’ Bus… apparently.
