Surgery was performed by Mercy Ships - an international charity which sends a hospital based on a former ferry boat along the coast of West Africa to help those who cannot afford hospital care. Grace's story will appear in a new series of Body Bizarre, which airs every Thursday at 9pm on TLC UK.
