Masala dosa is a very popular South Indian dish. It is a good option for breakfast. Usually it is served with coconut chutney, green chutney and sambar. 👉 Procedure: • You will need Rice and Urad daal to prepare Dosa batter. • Wash rice and urad daal really good 3-4 times. • Soak 3 cups of Rice and 1.5 cup White Urad Daal in water in 2 different bowls for about 4-5 hours. • Grind them separately in a mixer grinder in the evening. • Mix them both properly in a large vessel and keep it covered overnight for fermentation. (About 10-12 hours) • The next morning you will see the batter level has risen. • Take the batter in a bowl. Dissolve some salt in water and add it to the batter and mix well. • Heat the Tawa on medium flame and sprinkle some water so that the dosa doesn't stick to the tawa. • Spread little oil on the tawa.
