Drop me a comment is you want to see any specific type of workout This is a quick 'get in' & 'get out' 40 minute ViPR (Vitality. Performance. Reconditioning) Circuit. What is ViPR? ViPR bridges the gap between movement and strength training. It combines full-body movement with load, enhancing the vitality, performance and reconditioning goals of clients and athletes. ViPR introduces a new concept in fitness and sports conditioning – Loaded Movement Training. Start with a quick general warm up with some dynamic stretching then straight into the following: You will do the whole circuit 3 times: 1- Thread the needle ViPR Squats (40 seconds) WALK 2- ViPR Shoulder throws (40 seconds) RUN 3- ViPR Pendulum (40 seconds) LUNGE 4- ViPR Box Presses (40 seconds) CRAWL 5- ViPR Ice Skaters (40 seconds) WALK 6- ViPR weighted side steps (40 seconds) After the Circuit take a 1 minute break and then repeat the whole Circuit another 2 times. THE FINISHER Battle ropes alternates 30 seconds 50m sprint Battle ropes doubles 30 seconds 50m sprint Battle ropes slams 30 seconds 50m sprint and relax. ENJOY the ViPR Bootcamp!
