बीकानेर BJP जिलाध्यक्ष ने किया सम्मानित | Exploring Bikaner | Food, History & Humanity | Robin Rawat Exploring Bikaner city – famous food, history, humanity and real stories from Rajasthan. This vlog begins with a morning in Bikaner city, after spending the night at my friend’s place. We start our day with traditional Marwari breakfast, enjoying authentic local food before heading out to explore Bikaner. While on the way, we witness a heart-breaking incident. A speeding car hits a small puppy and escapes without stopping. When we reach the spot, a biker has already picked up the injured puppy. The puppy is still alive but badly injured. Since no nearby animal hospital is available, we immediately take the puppy to a nearby Gaushala, known as Jeev Rakshak Gaushala, Bikaner, which belongs to our friend. The Gaushala has its own animal doctor, who tries everything possible to save the puppy. Unfortunately, during the treatment, the puppy passes away. With respect and care, we perform the final rites properly. This moment reminds us that despite the cruelty we sometimes see on roads, many people are still compassionate and kind towards animals. We then show the Gaushala and interact with the people working there, talking about animal welfare, compassion for all living beings, and protection beyond just cows. A short interview highlights how humanity is still alive. After this emotional beginning, we move towards Bikaner city exploration. Here, I am honoured by the Bikaner District President of BJP, the world’s largest political party. Since I have been travelling across India for the last two and a half years, spreading awareness and documenting real stories, I am warmly welcomed and respected. After the honour, we explore Bikaner together. I get to experience and learn about: • Famous Bikaner kachori • Traditional Bikaner sweets • Local snacks and Marwari dishes • The deep connection between Bikaner’s culture and its food Bikaner is known as the City of 1000 Havelis and is also called Chhoti Kashi. We visit the famous Rampuria Havelis, one of the most beautiful examples of Rajasthani architecture. There, we meet an elderly local resident, who shares detailed knowledge about: • The history of Bikaner • When and by whom the city was established • The kings who ruled here • The importance of temples and culture • Why Bikaner became famous for food and trade His interview adds real depth and historical understanding to this vlog. After learning so much about the city, its people, history, culture, and food, we return back to our friend’s place in Bikaner, where the day ends and we rest.
