In this video I show a full day of eating and training like @nuttyfoodiefitness aka Stephanie Joshi. That includes LOTS of food (pancakes, peanut butter, poke bowls, snacks, burgers, and cake) as well as intense ironman triathlon training sessions on the bike and in the pool. I am not a swimmer but I tried so that is worth something lol. Overall, this day was a lot of fun, and I think that Stephanie's diet has a lot of variety and showcases flexibility with food, which I love. I also find it easier to motivate myself to crosstrain when I am mirroring someone else's day, so I enjoyed this!
