Last minute arrangements after meeting the right person earlier this week... This will be Saturday March 4th, 2023 Come join out at Ski Cooper in Leadville CO for a free Donek Snowboards Demo! I'll try my best to take a lap with anyone trying some new specs, and give my recommendations and tips for achieving great carving! :D And I believe Sean himself of Donek Snowboards will be there. :) For the demo, I think you'll need an ID, and Credit Card (for theft prevention). The Demo is free, and the lift tickets are extremely reasonable for this day in age. https://www.skicooper.com/ If you make it, I doubt you'll regret it. Sure beats other resorts on a weekend especially! Get there extra early, 9am opening. Hope to cya then! Extra Info: When trying boards at a demo, please take out each board / specs you want to try for a run or two at a time so others can try them too. You'll learn a lot about how various specs respond on the snow by trying variations of the same model. You'll need your own boots and bindings that are the standard 4x2 hole pattern. So If your on an EST system, make sure to bring a compatible disc for the bindings. The snow in the trees at Ski Cooper is very soft and sugary... so please keep the boards on the normal runs as rocks and stumps are present in the trees. If you snowboard a lot and know you will be for years, then I recommend the 1lb bricks.
