STOP Throwing This Away! This Crispy Potato Snack is SO TASTY! & Parmesan Wedges! The Apron

Turn a single potato into viral-worthy crunchy potato skin chips & cheesy parmesan-crumbed wedges! potato recipe, Golden, crispy, and packed with flavor—this is a must-try! Don’t let those peels go to waste—turn them into next-level crunch‪@Theapron41‬ ingredients:- Potatoes-7 pcs medium size Salt -1 tsp Garlic powder-1 tsp Ginger powder -1 tsp Smoked paprika- 1 tsp Dried parsley- 1 tsp Salt & black pepper Olive oil -2 tbsp Grated parmesan-1.5 tbsp Bread crumb-200gm Garlic powder -1 tsp Smoked paprika- ½ tsp Salt & black pepper Methods:- • Wash the potatoes well and peel them long ways, but don’t throw the skin away! Instead, soak the peels in cold water for 30 minutes—this removes starch and makes them extra crispy when fried. • Now, let’s move on to the potato wedges!
