Treasury facilitated a series of webinars in April 2025 to assist with successful submission of the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) 2025 Annual or Q1 Project and Expenditure (P&E) Reports, which will be due for all SLFRF recipients on April 30, 2025. The webinars focused on recipient compliance and reporting responsibilities, portal access, a demonstration of the portal, an overview of the noncompliance process and debt management. Please note that these materials provide an overview of the guidance and should not be used as a substitute for reviewing the guidance in full, as well as the Award Terms and Conditions, the authorizing statute, the Final Rule, and other regulatory and statutory requirements.
