Dog Sledding is arguably the BEST Canadian Winter Activity and it's one of the BEST things to do at Sun Peaks British Columbia. Dog sledding at Whistler BC is the more popular choice for people, but we prefer to drive 5 hours away from Downtown Vancouver to Sun Peaks Resort because it is way cheaper and less crowded. Sun Peaks Resort brings a choice of three ski mountains and a winter wonderland-like village. The European-style village at the base has ski-in ski-out accommodation and facilities adding a level of convenience for people who choose to stay there. Sun Peaks Resort offers a lot of fun winter activities that are suitable for all ages and capabilities. We were so thrilled when we booked our Bucket List Dog Sled Tour at Sun Peaks Resort. Dog sledding in Canada is so exhilarating and a great family-friendly activity that you can do during winter. We were welcomed by a bunch of excited Alaskan Huskies barking "Pick Me!" to join our dog sledding adventure. The whole experience was so epic even though the musher did all the work while we're bundled up in the sled.
