Is it possible to be diagnosed with the incorrect stage of endometriosis? *𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘀 -How should someone deal with endo after a hysterectomy? -Is post excision residual pain often nerve pain (when the other pain generators are ruled out)? -Do you recommend cryotherapy for the pudendal nerve when excision doesn’t alleviate the pain? -If pain remains post-excision and other generators are ruled out, at what point will another surgery make sense? -How can post-op recurrence of endo be prevented?
