A Walk From Hastings East Hill to Fairlight Coastguard Station

Please help to support my channel on Patreon:   / historyclass4   Filmed on the 29th of June 2022. I am walking from Hastings East Hill to Fairlight Coastguard Station in East Sussex. The route takes around 3 hours to walk, but I have cut the video down for time purposes. On this day, I walked a total of 14.8 miles (23.8km) over a period of 6 hours and 29 minutes. It was the furthest I had walked in one go in 3 years not only due to covid but my own ongoing health issues. Not to mention it took longer on the way out as I ran out of water. If you decide to go on this walk, remember to take plenty of water! I saw many others on the same day who had no water with them at all. Fairlight village has NO shops in it... something I learned the hard way. The park is about 20 minute walk from Hastings Station.
