Samsung OneUI 8 has broken connectiviety with older bluetooth car radios. There is a known manual workaround to manually enable the audio everytime. This video shows how to automate that with MacroDroid MacroDroid - https://play.google.com/store/apps/de... Note This workarounds effectiveness might depend a bit on the car a bit (radio bluetooth implemention, timeouts etc in your specific radio). After the initial release of Samsumg OneUI 8 my connection was very unstable, but after a few updates from Samsung it became more stable but it was never able to do the initial pairing with bluetooth audio (that has alway failed). That's how the MacroDroid automation is now able to complete the final missing piece. Also if the macro is creating an infinite loop you could add a constraint in the 3rd section of the macro (this was not a problem for me, so I've not tried it, but maybe it is with different radios based on the comments below) This should work Add Constraint - MacroDroidSpecific - "Macro(s) Invoked/Not Invoked Recently" - "Not Invoked" - "[This Macro]" - "Seconds 30" and that would presumable stop the infinite MacroDroid loop (it should only invoke once, and not retrigger on the disconnect\reconnect from the main macro)
