About the Speakers About Cody Miller Director, Construction Services | Executive Coach, Novus Global With first-hand experience in the transformative power of coaching, Cody is dedicated to helping teams overcome cultural challenges and build collaborative environments. His journey into the coaching space began as a client while he was an executive at an industrial construction company in Southern California. Witnessing the profound results within his organization, the team’s growth, and his leadership acumen, Cody transitioned to professional coaching in 2018. Since then, he has worked with hundreds of leaders; from enterprise-level utilities to professional sports organizations to family businesses and entrepreneurs. He is obsessed with helping his clients actualize their potential. He is also the Director of Novus Global Construction. Cody is most proud of his ever-evolving marriage to his middle-school sweetheart, Shauna, and their three boys—Milo, Kasen, and Renley. They love discovering new coffee shops and spend many weekends at local parks and trails. He also serves on a non-profit board that provides hands-on training opportunities for youth who’ve faced barriers to employment.
