Here is some unique bonus material from Philip Vaughan's documentary, looking inside one of Ian’s sketchbooks, which gives an insight into the creative mind of a comics genius! Ian Kennedy has worked for D.C. Thomson, Amalgamated Press, IPC/Fleetway and over the years has worked on Dan Dare for the Eagle, Battle Picture Library, 2000ad, Starlord, Starblazer and Commando. Ian still produces covers for D.C. Thomson's Commando, of which he has produced over 1600! This interview took place at Ian Kennedy’s home and studio, just outside Dundee in August 2020.
