London protests LIVE: University students to join controversial pro-Gaza march on Oct 7 anniversary

Controversial pro-Gaza protests are happening on Tuesday with thousands of students set to march through central London on the second anniversary of the October 7 attacks. Students plan to protest “the beginning of genocide in Gaza” with a demonstration billed as a “walkout of class”. Sir Keir Starmer has urged students to call off the protests taking place across the country on the second anniversary of the October 7 attacks, declaring them as “un-British”. They include an Inter-University March departing from King’s College London near the Strand at 2pm, passing the London School of Economics, University College London and finishing at the School of Oriental and African Studies.
