This will become your secret weapon adding buttery, nutty & complex flavor to any dish you can make! Perfect for spreading raw or cooking PLUS you get the most flavorful garlic infused olive oil as a BONUS - so why not give this a try 😇 🧄Method 1 - Oven (60min) This method is a set it and forget it and gives you time to do other things like preparing the rest of the meal or just kicking back on the couch. As long as you have an oven safe dish (I used a ramekin) you’ll be fine just not it will be HOT 🥵 so let it cool down in the oil for 5-10min after baking. The cloves will be a bit more tender so be careful when handling. 🧄Method 2 - Stovetop (30min) I prefer this method because you can watch it as it cooks and can stop at any point, more control is the way to go if you ask me lol also it’s done in half the time so who can argue with that am I right?
