Welcome to the world SE34 and congratulations to Lady & Dad! ♥ SE34 hatched at 07:38am this morning and was an adorable wet & pink little hatchling! It took SE34 24 hours/33 minutes from pip to hatch. The chicks hatched 30h/18m apart which is just over a day thanks to Lady's delayed incubation. Lady actually begins a feeding for SE33 while SE34 was hatching which was very interesting to watch - but was partially hidden due to SE33. We get to see nice closeups and zooming on the hatchlings and also Lady feeds SE33 several times. Dad gets to come to the nest and see his new addition and brood his new family for 21 minutes ♥ SE34 was mostly sleeping as it worked very hard breaking out of the shell. Cute closeups with SE33 looking very alert to its surroundings. Thank you for watching! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Egg#1 laid: June 27th 2024 Egg#2 laid: June 30th 2024 SE33 hatches 01:21ish August 7th 2024 SE34 hatches 07:38 August 8th 2024 Video captured & edited by Lady Hawk Established in 2009, EagleCAM (or Sea-EagleCAM) is a live, remote feed that operates out of the Discovery Centre in the Newington Armory at Sydney Olympic Park, Australia, close to Parramatta River.
