I am Dong Dong. Today we are going to make steamed whole fish with ginger and scallion. Steam whole fish is a light and delicious Chinese dish we can enjoy at home and in the restaurant. It is very easy to make with simple ingredients. Anyhow, making a good steamed whole fish could be tricky. Like the way you prepare the fish, equipment set up, and timing to cook could matter. I am sharing all my methods to help you make the best tender delicious steamed fish.
