Homemade Ice-cream Ingredients This is enough for 3 flavours of ice-cream split between 2 people.* *3 Ingredient ice-cream base: 500g of pouring cream 100g of condensed milk 4 tablespoon of sugar Vanilla Ice-cream add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence extract + 2 pea-sized drops of vanilla paste Chocolate Ice-cream add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder Tofu Ice-cream add 1 block of silken tofu, mashed or just 1 person, whatever floats your boat. Directions: 1. Mix pouring cream, condensed milk and sugar in mixing bowl with either mixer or a whisk. 2. Separate the ice-cream base mixture into three different bowls. 3. Add 1 block of mashed silken tofu, 1 tsp of vanilla essence & 2 pea-sized drop of vanilla & 1 tsp of cocoa powder to each of the bowls 4. Mix in until combined 5. transfer to cake tin and leave in freezer. Follow this easy ice-cream recipe to make homemade vanilla, chocolate and tofu recipe. It only requires 3 ingredients and about 10 minutes of work. No ice-cream machine, ice-cream maker or churning needed. The result is soft, creamy and smooth homemade ice cream!
