During the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be looking to support our customers remotely whenever possible to reduce the requirement for a technician to visit your office. XBC Business Technology has a local Gold Coast Service Desk and we are available to assist you in a variety of ways. Just call and speak with one of our helpdesk support staff and they will explain how we can be of service to you remotely OR whether an onsite visit is required. If an onsite service call is required for your business, then please be assured that our service technicians will use hand sanitisers before and after every service call. They will also have masks to wear upon your request. We have also instructed our techs that while they are at your premises, they are to comply totally with National & State health and safety policies. Once we have finished our onsite service, your XBC supplied equipment will be thoroughly cleaned. When placing a service call, please let us know in advance if there are any other requirements for your business we need to follow. We look forward to being of service to you soon..
