Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 2–3 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, about 4–5 minutes. Stir in turmeric, black pepper, and sea salt. Add roasted sweet potato and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts. Serve warm quinoa in a bowl, top with the veggie mix and avocado slices. Drizzle with extra olive oil if desired and enjoy. 🍓 Anti-Inflammatory Berry Smoothie Ingredients • 1/2 cup blueberries • 1/2 cup strawberries (hulled) • 1/2 cup raspberries • 1/2 cup blackberries • 1 tbsp chia seeds • 1/2 to 3/4 cup unsweetened apple juice Instructions Wash all berries thoroughly. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
