MONDAY 14TH AUGUST 2023 MUTUNDWE CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM: BWOMUSABA AWULIRA BY PASTOR HENRY SSEMPIJJA 🌺🙏🌺🙏🌺🙏🌺🙏🌺🙏🌺🙏🌺🙏🌺🙏🌺🙏🌺🙏 THEME: PREPARING FOR THE LORD/OKWETEKERA TEKERA MUKAMA 🌺🙏🌺🙏🌺🙏🌺🙏🌺🙏🌺🙏🌺🙏🌺🙏🌺🙏🌺🙏 ✨God doesn't just meet us anyhowly. ✨It's important to prepare to receive Him. ✨When downcast, the Lord comforts us. ✨When Israel was going through trying times, prophesies about the coming of Christ were sent to them to comfort them. ✨The same were intended to prepare their hearts for the Lord's coming. ✨Before going anywhere, we often prepare ahead of time. ✨For God to come and answer us regarding the many prayers we have been making we ought to prepare for His coming. ✨The Lord has given us several dreams, promises etc. ✨They are all for their respective appointed times to be fulfilled. ✨As the time of their manifestation draws close, preparation is key. ✨We might be going through trying times, at the end of our wits, we are expected to prepare ourselves for the Lord's coming. ✨We are to level the high places, fill up the valleys, straighten the crooked places before seeing the Lord. ✨God speaks alot to us in trying times, especially when He is revealing to us our destinies. ✨It's important to be in sync with the Spirit and wait upon the Lord. ✨Confusion, worry, fear, sorrow etc only worsen conditions. ✨Bearing the fruit of the Spirit helps us hear God and prepare ahead of time for the Lord's coming. ✨Walking in righteousness and bearing the fruit of the Holy Spirit help us prepare for the Lord's coming. ✨The Lord is holy and righteous, He does not work with unrighteousness and impurity. ✨To see Him, we should cast them off of our lives. ✨It is for us to put ourselves right with God by setting our hearts in order. ✨Some of us are in our time of being answered, after long periods of waiting. ✨We should therefore set out lives in order as we await the Lord's coming. ✨For the Lord to deal with what befell us we have to cast off all filth lest we are destroyed along with the evil that befell us. ✨Let us cast off unforgiveness, anger, worry, anguish, heaviness, sorrow, fear etc. ✨Amidst trials, God is above it all and isn't limited. ✨When we are in lack there are those who have abundance of every good thing. ✨God is Sovereign and doesn't need anyone's approval or help to come through for us. ✨We just have to prepare to receive Him. ✨Sorrow only makes us look terrible. And denys people due opportunities and relationships. ✨ Sorrow comes from the grave and makes people look like the dead, elderly etc. ✨We should cast it off. ✨Once God meets us, we can never remain the same. ✨The Lord's glory is infinite. ✨No one meets Him and remain the same. ✨The sinful repent, the righteous worship Him at His presence. ✨Sin, iniquity and transgression vanish at the Lord's presence.
