According to nephew James, it's because, over a span of several months, Terri has been corresponding with a scammer claiming to be Hollywood actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan (of "The Walking Dead" fame). Terri has sent "Jeffrey" $8,000 worth of iTunes cards and has even handed over her bank account information. Even though she admits that she's being used in a money-laundering operation and has even turned herself in to the police, Terri nonetheless remains convinced that she's talking to the real Jeffrey Dean Morgan – and, despite all of the trouble she's been through, she still loves him.
