Meeting Finn Wolfhard on Fanmio - January 10th, 2021

Finn Wolfhard is a Canadian-based indie rock musician and was Jack Dylan Grazer's co-star on the 2017 remake of IT. Both actors have a reputation of being close friends in real life so I thought to myself, "What the heck? Any friend of Jack's is a friend of mine". I spent the rest of 2020 saving up for my reservation because the Silver Package was sold out in a heartbeat in late November and the Gold Package was the only option that I had. Fortunately, I was finally able to reserve my spot on New Year's Eve and perceived it as the best Christmas present I treated myself to from that year. :D I assumed Wolfhard either couldn't hear me or that my Wi-Fi was briefly spotty so I ended up waving to him to get the conversation started. The session was pretty much chill and relaxed, which was amazing. We reminisced about a couple of favorite past times, including when an old friend of my sister's that lived in Toronto used to visit my family back when I was still in community college and that Wolfhard frequently spends time in that city. Also, now you know what I do with my time while I wait for my turn in every digital meet-and-greet. It may be discontinued, but I still love my Nintendo 3DS. 😅
