The Continuum Weight Distribution Hitch guarantees a smooth and quiet ride thanks to the light-weight, sturdy, and flexible spring bars used in the Load Bar Assembly's unique single-unit design. Made with Hendrickson's LITEFLEX® composite technology—the same material used to manufacture composite Leaf Springs found on big rigs—the Continuum's spring bars are lighter-weight, 5x more flexible than steel, and just as strong. This combination of strength and flexibility helps improves the ride and allows the Continuum to cover tongue weights ranging from 600 lbs. to 1,600 lbs. with a single set of bars. Built into a single unit assembly, the spring bars are designed to work in tandem and remain evenly loaded at all times. This, when combined with other features, enables the Continuum to offer immediate and continuous sway prevention from the moment pressure is added to the bars using the hydraulic system. Additional Benefits: ▪ The Continuum's composite spring bars are corrosion resistant. ▪ The Load Bar Assembly, in conjunction with the Head Unit's single-pivot connection, helps to eliminate noise and wear points, resulting in a smooth and quiet towing experience. ▪ Setup is completed entirely on the driver's side, with pressure applied to the Load Bar Assembly by pumping the handle on the Hydraulic Pump until the desired weight is distributed off of the tow vehicle's rear axle. ▪ Disconnecting the bars is just as easy.
