Cereal Milk Soak Recipe: 3 cups of corn flakes 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1/3 cup of heavy cream 1 cup of evaporated milk 2 teaspoons of vanilla Pinch of salt Combine wet ingredients and whisk Add corn flakes to the wet mixture and combine Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerator for 2 hours After 2 hours, remove from the refrigerator and strain the soaked cornflakes into a bowl (use a spatula and mesh sieve to squeeze out all the liquid) Whipped Cream Recipe: 2 cups of heavy whipping cream 3 tablespoons powdered sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla extract or vanilla paste Pinch of salt Combine wet and dry ingredients Use a hand mixer or stand mixer (fitted with the whisk attachment) to whip the liquid for 2-2 1/2 minutes on high or until soft peaks form Corn Flake Crunch Recipe: 1 1/2 cups of corn flakes 2 tablespoons of white sugar 2 tablespoons of melted butter 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg Preheat the oven to 150°F Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper Combine wet and dry ingredients Mix throughly and spread out on the baking sheet Bake for 15 minutes, rotate and stir half way through #somethingtobake #treslechescake #DIY
