If you want to find out how you can grow and scale your practice, click the link below and schedule a call. We'll see how we can help! https://chirojump.com/welcome ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm Dr. Kyle, practicing in Manassas, Virginia, now in my 10th year. I started as more of a sports medicine doctor, but have transitioned to a holistic style combining functional medicine, sports medicine, and traditional chiropractic. My goal is to provide a unique patient experience beyond just pain relief, focusing on prevention and long-term care. Before we connected, I was planning to sell my practice within a year. I had gone out-of-network with insurance two years prior and saw patient numbers drop. I tried various marketing services (like Chiro Candy and others), but they didn’t attract the right kind of patients—many no-shows or people just curious after seeing social media ads. I wanted patients aligned with my philosophy: long-term health and maintenance, not quick fixes. My practice is in a bedroom community where most people commute to D.C. This made scheduling and marketing challenging. Despite strong clinical skills, I lacked business and marketing knowledge. I was good at internal marketing through referrals (thanks to a group like AMC), but I felt like I’d tapped out my existing patient base and needed external strategies. I had been burned by other marketing companies, so I was hesitant. But I kept seeing communications from Chiro Jump and decided to take the call. What stood out was your authenticity—no hard sell, just honest discussion about whether we’d be a good fit. That was refreshing after previous experiences where the focus felt like just closing a sale. Since starting with Chiro Jump, my first month brought 3-4 new patients as we tested, but in January things took off—16-17 new patients so far, with 5 new today alone. The new patients are aligned with my care philosophy. For example, one patient on her third visit signed a $7,000 care plan and brought in her husband, who is now a patient too. My average care plans are in the $4,000-$6,000 range. Previously, I averaged 8-9 new patients per month, 200 new per year at my peak, and 40-45 patients per day. After going out-of-network, visits dropped to 20 per day, which was tough mentally, but collections increased (from ~$260k to ~$315k annually) because I wasn’t writing off so much to insurance. This year, my goal is to hit $600k collections, 200 new patients, and get back to 30-40 patients per day. I’ve raised prices (adjustments went from $60 to $65, and other services also increased), making these goals more attainable. One key part of success has been the communication with Chiro Jump. Responses are quick, issues get resolved fast, and I feel like I’m working with a team that cares. There’s no pressure—just options and support to customize things to my practice. I appreciate that I can focus on my part without worrying about the marketing side constantly. For anyone considering Chiro Jump, I recommend just having a conversation. There’s no obligation, and you’ll quickly see if it’s a fit. If you want to ask me personally about my experience, feel free to call me at (571) 340-1955. I’m happy to share more and help out.
