ACMA India President Mr. Vikrampati mentions budget's focus on MSME, competitiveness and building India as a trusted source of manufacturing" 2. Lumax World Chairman Mr. Deepak mentions budget's focus on Lithium ion cells sourcing, competitiveness and development of advanced manufacturing ecosystem 3. Uno Minda MD Mr. Ravi Mehra mentions budget's continued focus on semicon, dedicated rare earth corridors and advanced electronics space 4. Amara Raja Group Chairman and MD Mr. Jayadev mentions budget's focus on competitive supply chain development across all modes of transport Analyst Ankur's Take : I as an independent industry analyst hold the view that a lot needs to be done to make our manufacturing and supply chain system more competitive. Having seen and worked with multiple engineering providers on their cases in Europe and North America, a lot needs to be done to build smoothness and trust. At the same time, I hold the view that whatever benefits will flow in the system now, will flow to these set of firms first due to their high-degree of readiness in manufacturing excellence compared to peers.
