** It does keep coming up in the comments that Andy is using a leash here. There are many videos of him in "could fall to his death" situations where he is not using a safety leash - and one to Lost Arrow Spire (also Yosemite) where he is not wearing anything to even hook a leash to (as in "clothes"). Perhaps this situation warranted a safety leash because it was so windy? ** ** I just wanted to add a note that I guess Andy Lewis is also known as "Sketchy Andy", or even just "SkAndy". This new information just came to light by my digging to see if he was the slackliner featured in the Superbowl 2012 Half Time show with Madonna. I thought it looked to be him, and it was. Sure was a trip to happen upon him for this video from Yosemite. ** I really meant to have my first video I post to this YouTube page be from one of the two times I've hiked the John Muir Trail, but... This slacklining jaunt by Andy Lewis at the top of Yosemite Falls that we happened upon during a week-long early season backpacking trip into the North Rim area of Yosemite just TOTALLY belongs here... So no, this is not on the JMT, but it is pretty dang wild. Look for this guy's slacklining (and music) all over the web. Amazing.
