During our first Coffee Chat of 2026, we will review and update you on the latest FAMLI developments, including proposed regulations, contributions, registration, and claims that will affect all Maryland employers with at least one individual who performs "qualified employment." In Part I of this two-part series, we will review FAMLI's general provisions, contributions, and employer responsibilities and obligations.
