So after a leisurely Sea day and the second of the formal evenings we arrived in St Kitts. We woke to a very heavy rain shower that we hoped would pass quickly as I had booked the Altitude skywalk on the top deck . Also we were berthed next to P&O Aurora which I believe was on a very long cruise . Thankfully after breakfast the rain stopped and the sun came out , so I headed up to get ready for the Altitude skywalk. After some instructions on how to use the safety harness I proceeded to have a fantastic time . High above the ship with fantastic views and even better I was on my own . To do the Skywalk it costs seven pounds fifty pence . Our excursion in ST Kitts was the Scenic Railway tour , this was delayed by 2 hours because of the earlier rain had caused the tracks to be slippery . We had a great time , with an onboard narrator to describe what we were seeing and the Rum punches flowing . After the excursion we returned to the port to enjoy some of the local bars and then boarded the ship . We were in time to see Aurora leaving the port .It was a great visit to ST Kitts .
