Hi every one this is just one shot i took in December 2020 on a cracking crisp morning, here in the UK Crows and Magpies can cause devastating damage to the rare nesting birds we have on our moors for example Curlews, lapwings meadow pipits and many many more, they also predate on the song bird population ,also around lambing time the crows will peck out the eyes of the newborn lambs while they are vulnerable just after birth and even at times while the Ewe is giving birth crows will peck out the eyes and tongues of a lamb, so as a pest controller our laws let us control them all year round, here i am using a center fire rifle as the crows and magpies can wise up avoiding traps and keeping out of range of the shotgun at times cheers
