Buy your favourite Cookd Recipes in a box! 👉 https://shop.cookdtv.com Kaima Idli Recipe: Oil - 2 tbsp Idli - 4 nos Fennel Seeds - ½ tsp Green Chili (slit) - 2 nos Onion (finely chopped) - 1 no Tomato (finely chopped) - 1 no Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - ½ tsp Coriander Powder - ½ tsp Garam Masala - ¼ tsp Salt - ¼ tsp Capsicum (cubed) - ½ no Green Peas (cooked) - ¼ Cup Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Lemon Juice - 2 tsp Cooking Instructions: 1. Chop the idlis into ½ inch cubes. 2. Add oil in a pan, shallow fry the idli until golden brown on all the sides. Remove from the pan, set aside. 3. Add oil in the pan (if needed), add fennel seeds and slit green chili. 4. Add the finely chopped onions and saute until translucent 5. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a couple of minutes. 6. Add the tomato and saute until mushy. 7. Add salt, kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala and coriander powder, mix well. 8. Add the capsicum cubes, cooked green peas, tomato ketchup and cook everything for 3 mins. 9. Add the shallow fried idlis and mix gently. 10. Add some finely chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice, and remove from the heat. Stay connected with us!
