This is a first for us, combining two of everyone's favorites: the creamy, comforting delight of Phirni and the refreshing zest of Thandai, especially curated to add some magic to your Holi celebrations. We took a little culinary adventure, mixing these traditional flavors together, and trust us, the result is nothing short of magical. Recipe Ingredients Rice 10 kaju 10 badam 20-25 pista 1.5 spoon khus khus 8 Hari elaichi Dana Dalchini tukda 10 Kali mirch 1 spoon choti saunf Hot water Kesar 1 litre full cream milk Sugar Rose water . Method Clean the rice and soak it Take all the thandai ingredients and soak them as well for 30 minutes Then in a kadhai boil milk and then add ground rice . After 15 minutes add grinded thandai ingredients to the milk and let it cook once again. After 10 more minutes add sugar and rose water and mix.
